The Clinical SME will provide domain expertise related to healthcare, clinical workflows, patient care, medical records, and regulatory requirements to support healthcare product development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical guidance for healthcare products and workflows.
Review and validate clinical requirements and business use cases.
Assist product and engineering teams in understanding healthcare terminology and processes.
Ensure products align with healthcare standards and patient safety practices.
Support clinical documentation, testing, and training.
Participate in client discussions and requirement gathering.
Review healthcare data, medical records, and clinical use cases.
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Required Skill Set
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, healthcare workflows, and patient care processes.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, SNOMED.
Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bridge business, technical, and clinical teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or Clinical Research is preferred.
5–10 years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinical operations, or healthcare technology.
